Hida (Hungarian: Hidalmás; Yiddish: הידאלמאש (Hidalmash)) is a commune located in Sălaj judet and composed of eight villages: Baica (Bányika), Hida, Miluani (Milvány), Păduriș (Tyikló), Racâș (Almásrákos), Sânpetru Almașului (Füzesszentpéter), Stupini (Füzes) and Trestia (Komlósújfalu). 47°04' N, 23°17' E , 26 miles NW of Cluj-Napoca (Kolozsvár), 14 miles SE of Zalău (Zilah).
