Niezdrowice is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Ujazd, within Strzelce County, Opole Voivodeship, in south-western Poland, 2 mi S of Ujazd, 10 mi S of Strzelce Opolskie, and 28 mi SE of the regional capital Opole. Before 1945 the area was part of Germany. The 2005 village population of 605.
