Topolcany is located in Topolcany, E of Piestany. Cemetery caretaker: Jan Mokran, Krusovska cesta 1645, Topolcany. The isolated flat urban location has no sign, but has Jewish symbols on wall or gate. Reached by turning directly off a public road, access is open to all via a masonry wall and locking gate. The pre- and post-1939 boundaries are 250x150 m. 100-500 19th-20th century marble, granite, sandstone, and other materials flat shaped stones, finely smoothed and inscribed stones, double tombstones, or multi-stone monuments in original locations have Hebrew inscriptions. Some have metal fences around graves. The cemetery contains special memorial monuments to Holocaust victims and marked mass graves. Within the cemetery are a pre-burial house and a gravedigger's house. The local Jewish community owns the property used for a Jewish cemetery only. Adjacent properties are residential. Frequently, private individuals visit.

Restoration: re-erection of stones, patching broken stones, cleaning stones, and clearing vegetation. The cemetery has a regular caretaker. No threats.
