Vrutky is located N of Martin. The isolated suburban hillside has no sign or marker. Reached by crossing a private garden and open to all via masonry walls and a non-locking gate. 20-100 19th-20th century marble, granite, sandstone, and other materials flat shaped stones, finely smoothed and inscribed stones, or multi-stone monuments (some with metal fences around graves) with Hebrew and German inscriptions are in original locations. The property is Jewish cemetery and garden. Adjacent properties are residential. Private visitors visit occasionally. Individuals occasionally clean or clear. Within the cemetery is a pre-burial house. No threats.
