v. Kutki is located in Khmelnitskaya at 50÷_ 26÷0, 38 km from Slavuta. The cemetery is located 1500m South of village, near the road to Berezdov. Present town population is under 1,000 with no Jews.

     The earliest known Jewish community was 17th century. 1926 Jewish population (census) was 950. Effecting the Jewish Community were Berazdov in 1618, Kilikiev 1918-20 pogroms of Civil War, and 1941-42 Holocaust. Living here was Family of Rabbi Haim Stepanskiy. The Jewish cemetery [mass grave?] was established in 1942. Berezdov (4 km away) used this unlandmarked site. The isolated suburban agricultural flat land has signs or plaques in local language mentioning Jews and the Holocaust. Reached by turning directly off a public road, access is open to all. A continuous fence surrounds the cemetery. The approximate size of cemetery is now 0.01 hectares. No stones were removed. Common tombstones date from 1995. The cemetery contains marked mass graves. The municipality owns the site used for mass burial site. Adjacent properties are agricultural. Occasionally, organized individual tours and local residents visit. This cemetery has not been vandalized. Now, authorities occasionally clean or clear site. Within the limits of the cemetery are no structures. Slight threat: uncontrolled access, pollution, vegetation and vandalism.

     The mass grave is located 1 km west on road to v. Kilikaev. The unlandmarked Jewish mass grave was dug in 1942. Kilikiev (3 km away) Jews were murdered here also. The suburban and rural (agricultural) flat land has signs or plaques in local language mentioning Jews and the Holocaust. Reached by turning directly off a public road, access is open to all. A continuous fence surrounds the mass grave. The approximate size of mass grave is now 0.01 hectares. No stones were removed. The common tombstones date from 1990.
