MASS GRAVES: 50°04' N 22°38' E, 166.5 miles SSE of Warszawa. Pełkinie is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Jarosław within Jarosław powiat, Subcarpathian Voivodeship in south-eastern Poland., 7 km (4 mi) NW of Jarosław and 46 km (29 mi) E of the regional capital Rzeszów. The Germans established a labor camp in Pelkinie in the summer of 1942 that served as a transit camp for Jaroslaw region Jews heading to Belzec. 10,000 Jews were at this labor-camp, who were murdered in the surrounding forests.
