Lądek Zdrój, one of the oldest health resorts in Europe, surrounded by the Golden Mountains not far from the majestic summit of Śnieżnik towering over the Kłodzko Land, has attracted patients and tourists for centuries. Lądek-Zdrój is a town in Kłodzko County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship in SW Poland and the seat of the administrative district called Gmina Lądek-Zdrój, near the Czech border. CEMETERY: The 0.3 ha Jewish cemetery on Sniezna St. is located close to the former Evangelical Church. Established in the 19th century, no trace of the cemetery except the cemetery fence fragments remain. [June 2009]
