Lešná is a village at 49°31′14″N 17°55′48″E in the Vsetín District, northwest of Valašské Meziříčí. The first documentation of the village can be found in the Moravian municipal records from 1355. Castle built in the first half of the 18th century on the site of the medieval fort includes an English park of 7.26 hectares with rare plants and evergreen woody species. The baroque Archangel Michael Church, the oldest building in the village, was built in 1635. [February 2009]
