Cemetery: Established in 1858, the bodies were exhumed in 1970's. [Land Registry: Folder No: 242 Plot No.: 1736 (new no.: 6775/1, 6775/2 & 6775/3)] The 1896 synagogue was destroyed in 1942. The 19th century Jewish Community ended in 1941; Jewish Population: 1925/26-304; 1931-243; 1937/38-175; 1941-131; 1947-8; 1994-0.
