Bátka (Hungarian: Bátka, c. 1895 - 1907 Alsóbátka és Felsöbátka) is a village and municipality in the Rimavská Sobota District of the Banská Bystrica Region of southern Slovakia. In the late 19th century a merger of Dolná Bátka (Alsóbátka) and Horná Bátka (Felsöbátka) formed one common village (Batka) before the mid-14th century. [August 2009]

Alternate name: Bátka. Batka is located E of Rimavska Sobota at 4823 2011, 141.9 miles E of Bratislava . The isolated rural (agricultural) flat land has no sign or marker. Reached by crossing a public field, acces is open to all via a masonry wall without gate. The present size of the cemetery is.001 hectare. Two marble 20th century flat shaped tombstones, in original locations, have Hebrew inscriptions. Site is Jewish cemetery only. Adjacent properties are agricultural. Private visitors stop rarely.
