Aït Benhaddou is a 'fortified city', or kasbah, along the former caravan route between the Sahara and Marrakech in Souss-Massa-Draa on a hill along the Ouarzazate River. Pictures include a Berber cemetery that the guide told me was used by many Berber Jews, as seen from the kasbah, and a view of the city.
