Kirk Patrick is a small village on the Isle of Man, situated inland, to the south of the town of Peel on the west coast of the island.
Two graves, with simple military-style gravestones, of Jewish German civilian internees of World War I are located in the Holy Trinity churchyard, Kirk Patrick . The graves are of Hermann Jeschke (aged 48, died 31 March 1916 and buried, according to parish register, on 2 June 1916) and Heinrich Abraham (age 31, died 21 July 1917 and buried, according to parish register, on 24 July 1917). The churchyard was opposite the internment camp so all burials of deceased internees were at the church, about 130 mostly Germans but also some Austrians and some Turks.
