Nove Mesto nad Vahom is located SW of Trencin. The urban hillside, part of a municipal cemetery, has no signs, but has Jewish symbols on the gate or wall and inscribed on the pre-burial house. Reached by turning directly off a public road, access is open to all via a masonry wall and locking gate. 100-500 19th-20th century marble, granite, and other materials flat shaped stones, finely smoothed and inscribed stones, or multi-stone monuments in original locations have Hebrew and German inscriptions. Some have metal fences around graves. The property is used for Jewish cemetery only. Adjacent properties are residential. Occasionally, private visitors stop.
