UPDATE: I went to the cemetery to do a survey of the IOOF section for the JOWBR and have a copy of their Visitor's Guide. I went by train from NYC Penn Station to Metropark and took about a 15 minute walk to the cemetery. The train ride lasts about 40 minutes so, in total less, than 1 hour from NYC by train.
