CEMETERY: Our group will restore the Jewish cemetery in Sosnitsa, which may be US Commission No. UA24170101. I visited this cemetery last November in preparation for our project. We contracted with a local foundry to build a fence that we will install next month. I was shown three mass graves in Sosnitsa, none of which fit the description of UA24170501. We will do minor work on these. The plan for the cemetery work and a slideshow of photos taken in November. The location information in the US Commission report is not very precise. I also visited Sosnitsa in 2004 and was taken to the cemetery that we will be working on by Avram Babushkin, who was interviewed by Sokolova in 1994 although he was quite ill in November.
