v. Kurinevka is located in Vinnitskaya, 18 km from Chechelnik, 125 km from Uman and 209 km from Vinnitsa. The mass grave is located at 300m west from village, near the ruins of the old monastery. Present town population is under 1,000 with no Jews.

     North Bukovina (350 km away) and Bessarabiya (350 km away) Jews were murdered here also. The unlandmarked isolated wooded flat land has no sign or marker. Reached by crossing other public property, access is open to all. No wall, fence, or gate surrounds the mass grave. No stones are visible or were removed. The site contains unmarked mass graves. The municipality owns the property. Adjacent properties are forest. Local residents visit rarely. The mass grave was vandalized during World War II and occasionally in the last ten years. There is no maintenance. Within the limits of the mass grave are no structures. Vegetation overgrowth is a constant problem, disturbing graves. Water drainage at the mass grave is a seasonal problem.
