The 1899 Census registered 14 Jewish inhabitants. The 1930 Census registered 159 Jewish inhabitants. In November 1940, a pogrom occurred. This Jewish cemetery was established in the 19th century. The last known Jewish burial in cemetery was in 1939. The unlandmarked Conservative cemetery was 2 km from the congregation that used it.
The isolated rural (agricultural) flat land has no sign or marker. Reached by crossing private property, access is open to all. A continuous masonry wall and a gate that does not lock surround. The pre- and post-WWII size is 50 m X 40 m. No stones are visible. Vegetation overgrowth in the cemetery is not a problem. Water drainage is good all year. No special sections. Tombstones date from the end of 19th century through the 20th century. The limestone, sandstone, and other material are rough stones or boulders, flat shaped stones, and flat stones with carved relief decoration. Some have portraits on the stones. Inscriptions are in Hebrew.
The national Jewish community owns the cemetery property used for agricultural purposes. Adjacent properties are agricultural. Compared to 1939, the cemetery boundaries enclose the same area. Rarely, private visitors (Jewish or non-Jewish) stop.
The site was vandalized, possibly during World War II. The regular unpaid caretaker does annual clearing of vegetation. No structures. Security and weather erosion are moderate threat. Vegetation and vandalism are slight threats.
