Jewish population: 799 (in 1877), 889 (in 1930). This commune is composed of eight villages: Budiu Mic (Hagymásbodon), Ciba (Csiba), Cinta (Fintaháza), Corneşti (Somosd), Crăciuneşti, Foi (Folyfalva), Nicoleşti (Káposztásszentmiklós) and Tirimioara (Kisteremi).
