- The Jewish population by census was two in 1857 and 37 in 1930. In May 1944, the Jews were gathered in the ghetto in Dej and on May 28th, and June 6th, 8th, 1944 deported to Auschwitz. The unlandmarked Orthodox cemetery has 19th and 20th century tombstones. The isolated rural/agricultural hillside has no sign or marker. Reached by crossing private property, access is open with permission. A masonry wall and non-locking gate surrounds the site. The pre- and post-WWII size is 10 m x 34 m. Fourteen gravestones are in cemetery with fourteen in original location. No stones are toppled or broken. No stones were removed from the cemetery (probably.)
- Vegetation and water drainage are not problems. No special sections. The 19th and 20th century marble, sandstone, and "other" tombstones are boulders, flat shaped, and smoothed and inscribed. Inscriptions are in Hebrew. Priviate individuals own the site used for an orchard. Adjacent properties are agricultural. Rarely, private Jewish or non-Jewish individuals visit. The never-vandalized cemetery has a regular unpaid caretaker. No structures. No threats.
