Alternate names: Vadul-Raşcov [Mold], Vad-Rashkov and Вад-Рашков [Rus], Vadu-Raşcov [Rom], Rashkev [Yid], Vadul-Rashkov, Vadu-Rashku, Vadu-Rashcu, Vadu-Rascu. 47°56' N, 28°50' E, 65 miles N of Chişinău, 29 miles ESE Soroca, on the right bank of the Dniester, across from Raşcov (Rashkov). Jewish population: 3,237 (in 1897), 1,958 (in 1930).

[UPDATE] Photos [August 2017]

[UPDATE] Sefer � the Center for University Teaching of Jewish Civilization in Moscow � carried out clean-up and epigraphic work this summer at the�ruined and overgrown Jewish cemetery in Rashkov (Ra?cov), Transnistria, whose gravestones date back to the 18th century. [September 2017]
