Valka and the Estonian town Valga are twins, separated by the Estonian/Latvian border but using the slogan "One Town, Two States".
MASS GRAVE: in the town of Strenchi with no signs. Take the road from Strenchi to Valka. 200m from a sign after the town border, turn right. Drive 100m and turn left. Go 700m to the end of the road. Between 2 pine trees, turn right and go 40m to the monument.
