49° 19′ 48″ N 06° 03′ 46″ E. 1999 population was 15,227. Hayange had two kinds of blast furnaces. The most ancient, called Stove Hayange, was used 1898 to 1924. In 1971, four blast furnaces were in use. Hayange merged with the villages of Saint-Nicolas-en-Forêt in 1970 and Marspich in 1971. The village of Ranguevaux was attached in 1972, but separated in 1987. [January 2008]
